Drop Shippers

We are planning to launch our eshop soon. We want to use drop shippers (who can fulfil the order, sending the item directly to the buyer).

I am informed by Daily that when a customer buys from our site they will receive a confirmatory email.  This email can be CCed or BCCed to anyone else, ourselves for example.

Can the system also email our drop shipper directly to allow them to start to fulfil the order?

Furthermore, is the Daily system "intelligent" enough to be able to decide which drop shipper to email (as we anticipate using more than one)?

Hi,

You can cc the drop shipper as well as yourself for the order confirmation emails.

Unfortunately, I don't think the eshop system will  be able to determine which drop shipper to send to, so unless you only use one drop ship company,  you would have to manually email the order to them.
