I have signed up to website payments pro which is great for us as all payments are now done through our website and we have seen a decrease in abandoned orders!
The only thing we have a problem with is that the customer information is not transferred to PayPal which renders PayPals seller protection unusable (if ever needed) and because our invoices automatically print from PayPal no customer information or details for the order are shown?
Can this be rectified in any way?
i.e. Changing customers to be registered to make a purchase??
