is there any way to restrict delivery addresses?

Hi all
is there any way that I can have customers say for example, their first order has to go the billing address, or anything along these lines?

Site like Next make customers pay with their credit cards to have delivery to another address, I was wondering if I could have first delivery go to billing address and then after that customers can choose?

This is obviously for security, I have done this on websites myself - would you guys recommend doing this or not? if its do able of course? lol

Hi,

I am not sure if it is possible and I have worked with this eShop for a while now and have not come across a way of doing this. The billing address whatever must be correct for the card payments to go through with whichever payment provider you use anyway, so think that this may be sure enough, if it is tracked and insured also then maybe this will be OK?
